First I would not take any pills that I didn't know exactly what they were or if they were supposedly illegal drugs.
You could have taken poisoned pills and not known the difference just because someone told you it was ecstasy.
Sorry to answer your question with a negative comment, but you need to think about what you are doing before you do it or suffer the consequnces, which in your case sounds like not being able to sleep. If symptoms get worse or persist, I would go to the Doctor....

I do not have any idea what that type of pill is BUT it could be causing lots of problems for your body.
Go to a clinic and have yourself checked out. You may be having a problem with some of the systems and need an IV of fluids to get your up your body running "properly" again.
You just have to wait until the pill works it's self out of your system.

the litle black pill you are referring too sounds more like speed not extacsy. you are going to be awake for a long time. get in the shower and stand there for awhile to relax then when you get out drink some warm mlk and take a sleeping pill if you got one just to calm you down a bit more to relax so you can fall asleep by the way extacsy is usually white

Your an idiot. First never take a pill from someone unless it is prescribed by your doctor. You want to use drugs, stick to weed. I am going to assume your a minor. So how the pill is working on you will depend on your weight, height. I would go to the doctors. Tell your parents you feel really ill. Then ask to speak to the doctor in private. If your parents leave the room, and you explain the situation to the doctor, odds are he won't tell your parents that your a complete twit. Of course if it was me, I would send you to ER to have your stomach pumped just to teach your @ss a lesson.

Go to the hospital and tell them exactly what you have done , leave out nothing, tell them all the details and they will treat you. Probably will give you IV fluids for rehydration and probably will calm you down with a tranquilizer or sedative to counteract the pill. It sounds more like crappy speed you have taken.
Please learn from this experience and NEVER do it again as you may not be so lucky next time!! I have lost a few friends to this craze of ecstacy and speed, meth etc and they all thought it was fun too till they died! Thank fully I never felt the need to go that far, give it a big miss mate!
