Colon cleansing cured Acid reflux, Who has tried it?

Colon cleansing was extremely successful for me in eliminating severe acid reflux, alergies and throat constriction. Do you or have you had any of these?

I am not sure it is a long term solution though.
I have acid reflux and all that goes with it when i am stressed, and I found a remedy that works for both colon detox and acid reflux: drink hot water. Not tea, or anything else but hot water. Since I 've started, I go to the restroom a couple times a day as opposed to three times a week. Very effective.
