I need some kind of idea of what it might be wrong?
Question:
Answers:
chill. it may just be a allergic reaction to the sodium chloride that they put in your body ( the clear stuff in the iv bag) I do not think that is a blood clot. um when you go to the dr just ask him to look at it and it also may be from the taking it out or putting it in but then again if they did not put it in correctly then it probably burns from that as well do not touch it scratch it or anything like that because it will make it worse but take the advice don't mess with it and put ice on it to reduce the swelling.
Other Answers:
I don't think it's a blood clot. But you certainy should get it checked out. It's probably that either the spot where the iv was inserted is irritated, or you are alergic to something that was inserted.
go to doctor or hospital asap, if you wait to long to read answers on here you might end up dead
