No smart alicks? sry if i spelled it wrong.

Answers:
Try apple or prune juice. I use that when my kids are having problems. Or eat some grapes. Stay away from bananas and cheese. They will only make it worse.

I don't think that the coffee will work, but good luck.

Also, a warm bath might help loosen the bowel muscles a little bit to make it easier.

Good luck!!

Other Answers:
Try eating something with lots of fiber (bran cereal, grape nuts, shredded wheat). Not only is coffee bad for your body, but so is lots of sugar, and I don't think either will relieve constipation. Probably it is just coincidence that you had diarrhea aftewards.
Just learned this one... you can drink some epsom salt dissolved in water. You find it at Target, Walmart, etc. in the same isle as bandages. Epsom salt can be used as a mild laxative.
water helps. not coffee
Inducing diarrhea with coffee and "lots" of sugar is not a sensible or healthy way to deal with constipation. You said you went to the bathroom yesterday, but today you are constipated. Generally, a person isn't considered constipated when 24 hours hasn't even passed by yet. Give your body a chance to fully digest what you've eaten before you start forcing your bowels. Constipation is generally caused by poor eating habits; fast-food, junk food, food with low-nutritional value, low fiber foods, etc.
I'm not positive, but I doubt coffee will help.
