Eyelashes fall out and grow back all the time it happens naturally in the body . There could also be a lack of vitamins, and or stress. That can make your hair thin or fall out on any part of the body.

However, if they have all fallen out at once then you need to see a doctor.

for the chinese, we believe that when someone is thinking of you, your eyelashes will fall off.
for me, when i consume too much salty food, my eyelashes will drop.
to prevernt this, brush it often.
the worse is when all your eyelashes are dropping, some people donot have eyelashes because of this.

As already said, it is a natural progress the same way the hair on your head (and anywhere else, for that matter) will shed - as with a dog when it moults.
If your eyelashes are falling out in a less than normal manner, then maybe you do have something that needs investigating by a doctor - or are you just using a little too much mascara??

it's the natural process of your body! just like your skin flakeing off, or getting a cut. your body grows all the time!

Make sure you are taking off your mascara EVERY night before bed.
