what to do with a sweat rash?

Question:
My husband works outside on a skid-loader all day. So he basically sits in sweat all day. He is now complaining (like all men do...lol...jk) about it hurting really bad...any ideas? I thought of diaper rash medicine , but I guess he is to manly for that...HELP please! He even has this funny little walk he does... I have to laugh just thinking about it...Ha Ha Ha

Answers:
Use maylox. Apply it over the rash and it should neutralize the acd in 15-20 minutes and hlep clear the area. You can also use aloe vera gel or hydrocortizon.

Other Answers:
zinc oxide
Johnson's medicated baby powder, with aloe and vitamin E.
my husband does the same kind of work and has similar problems cornstarch rubbed on the sore spot and sprinkled in his shorts or if it hurts enough he will use diaper cream because supposedly that works too
Boudreaux's Butt Paste: weird name and it's a diaper rash cream and skin protectant with zinc oxide. It's the best stuff for any kind of rash and it smells like cinnamon.
If he's too manly to use something that will really make him feel better, then let him suffer for awhile. He'll come around.
I would avoid powders of any kind. It keeps the area dry but it also cause bacteria growth and infection.
