I had my gall bladder out in August 2005 can this cause an increase in diarrhoea or other digestional problems

I understand this is common after gb surgery. No fatty foods or alcohol is the rule. I'm sure there are listed, somewhere on the internet, what foods are best for post op gall bladder surgery. Hang in there but see you doctor for help if this doesn't improve soon.
