Other Answers:
you're not, believe me.

depression isn't something you wonder you might have.
Tiredness - despite proper amounts of sleep, a balanced diet, and plenty of physical exercise, the person may feel exhausted regularly.
Mood swings - a person may experience happiness one moment and then be sad or irritated the next.
Difficulty coping with life - the day-to-day routine of getting up, going to work, and coming home can seem worthless. The depressed person may feel as if he or she is not important, his or her job does not matter, life does not matter. There is a strong sense of hopelessness.
Depression is often triggered by tragedy, the death of a loved one, a divorce, diet, drugs, alcohol, etc.
I have been depressed for the last 3 weeks and still am..........You'd know it by being, sad all the time, you feel like doing nothing besides crying, and laying down in bed, you feel like listening to sad music all the time, and you just cannot stop urself from crying so much!
You feel like everybody is against you, you do not want to listen to anybody for some time...........I mean this is how i've been feeling, and still do!
You are considered depressed if you cry alot, have difficulty concentrating, have trouble sleeping, are always down in the dumps and have no motivation and the simplest tasks seems so overwhelming! These are so of the classic signs, but depression can affect everyone differently, so your symptoms may not be the same!
I am going through the same thing right now!
If you plan on trying Medication, I would suggest staying away from Zoloft as it tends to make you feel sluggish! I suggest talking to your doctor before it gets bad!
I hope that you get the help you need and stay in touch if you want! God bless and Good Luck!
