If I had wine with my meal, should I take Vitamin after the meal as usual?

Most vitamines won't have a reaction to wine, however, read the bottle to see if there are any contradictions.
Vitamins are a complete waste of money. Unless your doctor has told you that you have a deficiency with a certain vitamin or mineral, or if you have had gastric bypass (vitamins are essential after that surgery) then you should not take them.
And never take them with alcohol.
