what products to use for hydromassage baths?
Question:
Answers:
I make my own oils. Here's a couple of recipes
To olive oil (good for the skin) add
Geranium essential oil (good for the skin and smells amazing)
or
black pepper essential oil and ginger essential oil (good for aches)
Both these are also good for massage
You can also make your own bath salts, but I find salts vey drying. They are however good for some skin conditions.
Other Answers:
Your licensed therapist will know.
Oils work well but water is fine on its own..
you are best off using only natural products eg from body shop or neals yard etc
Bath salts are good. In floatation tanks, that what they use to help you float. I think they help your skin, but I'm not sure how.
