I had a headache for over 3wks I took midrin, toradol, otc, and am now amitriptalene 0 on cat scan what next?

Maybe its more than a headache. Ever suffered from migranes? They are brought about by stress, and amazingly enough, your diet.. are you eating alot of cheese, nuts, chocolate, foods with msg, and caffene? Well.. check your diet. I have really horrible migranes, and i use Tonopan, Syndol, or Vasograin.. consult your doctor, see which is best for you. Hope you feel better.
Elavil/amitriptiline is for sleep, and depression. Why are you on an anti-depressant for headaches?.... Great idea get eyes checked, could be your problem. I take lortab 10/500 for back pain and it doesn't help headaches.. Try 1 aspirin and 1 tylenol together.. That's the only thing that helps when i get a headache.
better go 2 an opthalmologist b'coz in some cases defective eyes leads 2 headache
