proper food. try having. fruit diets (eating only fruits on that day) for MOndays and wednesdays. water diet (you take twice your regular consume of water but you still need to eat) on saturdays.. Veggie diet (all the vegetables but with rice) on fridays and sundays. white meat (seafoods) on tuesdays . red meat (beef, pork.) on thursdays and on the water diet take a complete meal with everything on it.. also see to it to visit your doctor 5 times a month and regular excercie with a minimum time of 2 hours.
