Make sure your chair has a straight back. Your knees should be slightly higher than your hips. A stool might help if you cannot adjust the chair. While at your desk, turn with your entire body. Don't slouch.
When driving, sit straight. Avoid leaning forward to reach the controls. A small pillow or towel under your lower back can help
The best way to sleep is on your side with your knees bent. You may put a pillow under your head to support your neck. You may also put a pillow between your knees.
If you sleep on your back, put pillows under your knees and a small pillow under your lower back. Don't sleep on your stomach unless you put a pillow under your hips.
Use a firm mattress. If your mattress is too soft, use a board of 1/2-inch plywood under the mattress to add support.
1: Don't lift by bending over. Lift an object by bending your hips and knees and then squatting to pick up the object. Keep your back straight and hold the object close to your body. Avoid twisting your body while lifting.
Push rather than pull when you must move heavy objects.
2: If you must sit at your desk or at the wheel of a car or truck for long hours, break up the time with stops to stretch.
3: Wear flat shoes or shoes with low heels (1 inch or lower).
4: Exercise regularly. An inactive lifestyle contributes to lower back pain.
5: If your weight is causing excessive pressure to your spine, weight loss can reduce your discomfort
6: Sit and Sleep Comfortably
7: Don't smoke. Smoking is a risk factor for arthrosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), which can cause lower back pain and degenerative disc disorders. Also, smokers tend to be sedentary, which leads to back problems.

Together three times on the first day after that just once a day will suffice. Report back with your progress after taking them for three days. It will cure your back injury and your backache we might have to supplement these with other remedies too but first you have to take these and see how far do they help and cure.
Take Care and God Bless you
Have your physician refer you to a good phyiatrist or a registered physiotherapist and let him teach you exercises to strengthen opposing muscle groups to support your low, I personally have had this problem on and off for years and physiotherapy works wonders.
