why are you putting vaseline on your face? There are better products out there. Try Paula's choice, you can find it on the internet on paulaschoice.com, its an inexpensive proffessional product. I love it.She has great facial moisturizers.

maybe your allergic to it? or you have very sensitive skin.
Stop using it. Try something else. You are allergic.
Most likely an allergic reaction to petroleum jelly.
Seriously why do you put vaseline on your face? For real what are the benefits of that, never heard it before? Sorry don't have an answer to your question, but I found this interesting.
maybe ur allergic ,try sudo crem
You re probably allergic or you might have sensitive skin. You probably should stop using it
why r u lubing up your face?
Vaseline is made from petrol - why are you putting it on your face?

You're probably allergic to it.
Vaseline is a very heavy substance for skin. Its great for protecting skin from bad weather like cold winds or heavy rain/snow etc., but really isn't recommended for everyday use as a moisturiser (which is, I assume, how you've been using it).

It sounds to me as though your skin is having a negative reaction to it and my advice would be to stop using it.

If you need to find an alternative, why not pop into your local Chemist and ask their advice - remembering to tell them how much you want to spend, as the price range can go sky high!
Vaseline is very viscous (sp), meaning thick or dense, your skin may be reacting to a lack of air and begin to perspire. This would create a tiny layer of moisture under the vaseline and cause the sensation of ichy.
Look, we dont know why, ok. But it doesnt take Einstien to figure out that u'r allergic to it. Just quit applying the vaseline, alright..?
So simple !
you have an allergy
Im not sure. but if it happens why do you keep putting it on??
