Whats wrong with me? when its hot my feet get hot and my veins get so big i cant wear shorts or short tops?

Question: it makes me very paranoid especially when i go on holiday, also if i raise my arm, when i bring it down the blood rushes to my arm and my veins pop out. i know this happens but not to this extreme. please help
