Where in Texas? I know in the Houston Area, you can receive help though the government.there's something called a "gold" card you can apply for.Start with the welfare office and they can direct you.

Welfare or medicaid is your only hope. You will be denied coverage without income. Sorry.

have you tried calling your state medicaide office. you might be able to be covered under that. they also might nknow where you can get free clinics or other help. you can also try calling your health department for ideas. good luck
