What could this stomach pain be?

Question:
I have stomach pain that feel like hunger but eating doesn't help it. It's been two days. Any ideas what it might be?

Answers:
have you tried antacids? Tried drinking a lot of water to see if it gets better? If nothing then see your MD.

Other Answers:
your stomach pain could be gas [weither you have to or not]
take an acid reducer.
An ulcer. I have the exact thing. Try not to eat irritating foods. Apples seem to be the worst. Talk to a doctor ASAP because it could perforate and you could begin to bleed internally. In the mean time, acid reducers like tagament or pepsid help immensely.
It could be hyperacidity which if not taken cared of would turn into ulcer.
Try antacids and refrain from eating acidic foods such as citrus fruits, chocolates and coffee.
Could be Gas on your tummy, can be you are not doing Poo poo regularly. When was the last time you made Poo poo? Could be acids in your stomach too. You don't describe your symptoms.

Think of that
Try to drink a glass of water. When I took a heath class during college the instructor said that sometimes you have stomach pain and you could be thirsty. Try dring a full glass of water or milk. You might need to take a laxative though.
