When your patience runs thin what can you do to help you cope with things?

Question:
Not only am i a live in caregiver but im also watching 2 children this summer, mabye even three. The third child is blind and disabled. I have a 3 month old kitten getting into everything. Then my PC doesnt work. Im getting frustrated, yelling at my kitten and want to kill the computer. What can I do to calm myself down and find patience once again?

Answers:
I would try some deep breathing relaxation technique like in yoga. Try to center your body and find balance then take slow steady deep breaths in and out through both nose and mouth just like waves on the ocean. 5 minutes for yourself can really calm you down. Good luck!

Other Answers:
stop doing so much at once! Why are you on the computer, stay away from it if it is getting on your nerves. Don't take on all of those kids, if you can't handle it. Set boundaries. You can't do it all
St. Johns Wort. it is a vitamin that helps to caom the nerves, and it works, talk to your local phamacist.
