How do I beat fatiuge? im always tired no matter what I do?

Question: I am on a regular work schedual and not doing anything out of the normal. but if i let myself, I can sleep all day. I am always sleepy, and dont have the energy to do much during the day

eat more red meat and complex carbohydrates. you could be eating too much sugar and starch and making your blood sugar peak. try to eat things that will keep your energy level even all day rathar then all those peaks and valleys.

or you might grow out of it if you're younger. i'm 26 now and up until about 24 i could could sleep forever. i just can't anymore.
