Lately, I noticed that my memory has been failing me and it's so frustrating, what shall I do?
Question:
Answers:
I would suggest a detox if you think you can safley take a break from the meds for a while. Totally flush out your system, try to avoid stress and take up a new hobby, preferably physical. Exercise has been proven to increase mental clarity and cognitive recall.
Hope this helps, good luck!
Other Answers:
smoke more weed and you'll forget about your memory problems.
Ginko is meant to help with memory. But also go to doctor and get tests done. talk to your doctor, it could be your meds it also could be mini strokes. its serious.
you need to challenge it. memory games and stuff. talk to old friends about high school days
1. you should talk to your doctor. 2. carry around a small, inconspicuous notebook.
Happen's to me all the time. I take anti-depressents, don't know if it's them or not. Reduce cholesterol and trans-fats to zero.
STOP taking drugs and enjoy your life, forget about your memory loss it's not that important, live for the moment, it's all we can be certian of. ;) H
I'm only 24 and my memory is gone..If it makes you feel any better and I think that weed comment had a lot to do with my memory stuff even though I only smoked it like 4 times. If you get any good advice pass it my way. Thanks
Do math problems. Do brain teasers. Stuff like that. I can't imagine how anything related to blood pressure pills could have anything to do with it. I have no short term memory to speak of myself and it's from severe sleep problems. Sleep deprivation can do that.
I'd suggest seeing a doctor. If he doesn't think it's severe then you may just need to organize and plan better to compensate. But you do need to be checked to be sure.
I had been answering questions in mental health and general health came up without me realizing it- I thought I had an answer because mental health issues I know about. Memory problems in relation to other mental illnesses. Sorry I can't help more.
you may be just so busy. well you should always depend on your memory to keep it active. but if you think it is more than just a busy mind, you should go to a doctor as soon as possible. You may want to see a doctor about this. And as mentioned above, Ginkgo is known to help with memory.
Stress and lack of rest may also be a culprit.
Our brain have somewhat like memory muscles . you develop muscles by exercise . so, have memory exercises! :-) .
