Answers:
You sound alot like my wife. Except she is younger. After our first child she began to gain some weight and she never exercised and didn't eat right. She had the same symptoms that you have right now. Everyday she felt sick and this went on for a year. I to had been feeling a little down myself due to the baby being here and I felt that fast food was easier for our schedule and rest when we could. But soon we got tired of that and began to give up things little by little such as sodas to begin with. We then began to give up other foods for more nutritional ones and began to exercise 3 days a week (just to start) and then end result was that we began to lose weight faster than we knew it.

2 pounds one week, 4 the next and little by little over the next six months and we began to feel better. You see we were more susceptible to certain types of viruses or bacteria du8e to our physical stress and began to feel sick due to a lower immune system because stress can do that. After the change in our life, we were healthier and felt a whole lot better about ourselves and look great. We now have better energy and our daughter is happier about it. Hope this helps you and good luck.

Other Answers:
Yes. If you don't use it you lose it.
check your diet, this can be the cause of everything wrong
Maybe you should be on Meclizine for the dizziness. Or it could be you lack exercise and proper nutrition.
Not necessarilly. It is proven trough experience that the skeletal muscular aparatus can¨atrofiate¨if it is not exercised in a proper and frecuent manner, that is that de muscle fibers can alter the contractile protein production/waste ratio if needed, it is pure and simple economics, but dizziness is not explained by this phisiological process. There must be and underlying cause.
