Why cant people sleep at night sometimes??

Question:
Sleeping problems

Answers:
Talk with your doctor. Sometimes this is stress related, it may have to do with discomfort (sore muscles, heartburn), caffeine is a definite guilty party - try eliminating caffeine after 2pm and see if this helps. Many prescription sleep aids can be very effective. Sometimes your sleep environment is the issue - room too hot, cold, bed uncomfortable, noises, etc. Try yoga or meditation shortly before bed. Also, don't do anything in bed besides sleep or have intercourse. Read and watch tv in another room to help train your brain that bed is for sleep. Aromatherapy (especially lavendar) sometimes helps, too.

Maybe because they have lots of things going on in their mind. If you are tense, then you sub-consciously keep thinking about it and I guess that's why we can't sleep properly.
cuz they got stuff on their mind
Insomnia?!
depends, sometimes I can't sleep becuse of stress, sometimes it's becase I ate something heavy prior to bed time. Try a nice walk outside a few hours before you go to bed. I find that helpful because it helps with the stress and it helps digest what I ate.
it could bee a couple of things, stress,to much on your mind, ate to late,or just not sleepy
you could be worried of the problems that could be happening to you or maybe too much caffine in your system. If you have caffine in your system be sure to cut it out of your system two hours bedore your go to sleep.
Your stress level will greatly affect your sleep.
