Probably the same as everyone else.I'm 24 & don't consider 30 too old or more in need of rest.
i would say 6 to 7 a night i am 39 and i get 6 hours a night
It varies between 6-8 hours. Your sleep needs remain stable from early 20s to 50s, then it gets less.
i have heard that it's not good for ones health to get less than 8 hours - and the hours before midnight are supposed to be the best for some reason ! hope this helps!
The "ideal" is supposedly 8 hours, but any more than 6 and I feel terrible. I guess it depends how you spend your days!
Going on how long my other half sleeps i'd say alot! LOL
8 hours is what a body typically needs. However, some people are on meds or have sleep disorders like sleep apnea which rob people of sleep and they may need more than 8 hours.
It's hard to generalize on this topic, because there's so much variation among people's sleep requirements. And that goes for people of ALL ages. I'm in my 30s and I need at least 8 hours of sleep per night, in order to feel refreshed the next day, have energy and concentration, etc.

However, I know of some folks in their 30s who can get by with only 5 to 6 hours, and they truly are OK that way -- plenty of energy, good mood, etc. :) So it all depends on the person. However, doctors do recommend that everyone, no matter what age, should at least TRY to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Sleep-deprivation can have a very negative impact on one's physical, mental and emotional health -- and that goes for anyone of ANY age.
i've heard that most people need 8 hours sleep however i myself feel really tired when i wake from a typical 8 hour sleep. Its strange cos i feel more awake and alert should i have a 5 hour sleep!
I am 33 and work night shift and I get about 6 to 8 hours a day.
