What does it mean when you are having pains in your nose?

Question:

At school, like two days ago from today, I was walking and then all of a sudden this boy pulled back his elbow and knocked me right in the nose. When he hit me my eyes got really teary and he hit me right on the bone like right near the middle part of my eyes. When I got home it was really hurting and I put some ice on it to see if the swealign would go down and if the pain would go away. The swealing went down but the pain is still there. Please tell me what I should do and if it's anything really seriously wrong with it?

I'd see a doctor right away. It could be broken.

Im not a doctor but your nose could be broken. Go to the emergency room just to make certain. There really isnt much you can do for a broken nose but at least they can give you something to help relieve the pain.
