My meds in the USA - $425/month, EXACT same meds from Canada $167/month. Anyone else see a problem here?

Question: Yes, they are the EXACT same meds, from the exact same mfgr. Why should I bend to the law and buy my meds in the USA? Just to make fat drug companies richer?
Anyone else in this boat?

Yeah I see a BIG problem. The Canadians subsidize the sale of their medicines. Basically, that means you are ripping off the Canadian government and sucking the hard earned money of Canadian citizens out of their pockets.

What you say is true...but the medical research here in order to discover these drugs and treatments, is far beyond Canadian capacity. The consumer is not only paying for the prescription in that bottle...they are paying for the years of scientific reseach to come up with the formula and get it approved by the FDA

It is unreasonable to say the least, the reason given for this is because the US spends all the time and research making the medications and the foriegn countrys pay nothing for this research, it is unfair, if they are going to export out of the US the other countries should help pay for the research to help lower the cost for us.
