Do you use St. John's Wort, why, and how do you feel from it?

ok i have been trying it off and on for a few months now. i have really bad mood swings, especiall when i am at work and stressed. it does work really well, i get along with folks and my work day generally fly by. but when i stopped taking them its like coming down from a "peaceful" high, i get irritated really bad for the first few days but after that i am fine. i still take them though when i feel like i need a quick attitude adjustment.
