Greeen Tea...Lipton makes (as well as other companies) a wonderful green tea with citrus and one wth lemon. Both very tastey and full of antioxidants. Box teas are just as good. Good luck.
No one food gives the most antioxidants since all foods have a slightly different content. Stick with your fruit and vegetables, raw and as close to the natural state (eg orange instead of juice). Also, as mentioned above, green tea and black tea (has a bit less) are high in antioxidants. There are also different grains and nuts that are very good for you.
