How to take cortizone pills?

Question: I got a pretty bad case of poison oak, and the doctor gave me a cortizone shot, and prescribed me cortizone pills to take orally. If I am supposed to take three a day for the first five days, should I take them all at once, or spread throughout the day? Thanks

You can take them all at one time. Make sure you eat before, however.
