Answers:
The answer of results is after " impression". Suggest you seek out at least 2 consults with good orthopedic surgeons. My guess is you are having pain and will need at least arthroscpic surgery to kee your knee from getting worse.

Other Answers:
Fluid in the joint

Degenerated partially dislocated front meniscus

and you can decipher the rest Simply put - the meniscus (a padding between your shin bone and and thigh bone, just behind your knee cap) is not where it's supposed to be. This can happen because of an injury or a birth defect. A simple cyst is a growth (normally benign) that has grown on your shin bone near your knee on the inner side of your leg.
The medial meniscus, anterior and posterior cruciate yada, yada, yada.unremarkable - yeah, that part is fine, nothing to worry about. Check it out with an orthopedic surgeon or two - my guess is surgery will me necessary and orthroscopic might not be possible, doc will have to shove the padding back into place or remove it. Careful though, when I had my knee surgery, I was warned that surgery can speed the onset of arthritis.
