Question: I feel off the roof painting trim and cracked three ribs.And craked my foot. After cleaning my yard it is hard to breath and getting sharp pains on my side could I have hurt them again.i did it over a month ago and waited till i felt better to do more.

Hey genius, lay off. Ribs don't repair themselves in 3 weeks. You're going to seriously screw up your ribcage if you don't let them heal. There's nothing a doctor can do besides align them and wait for them to heal, and now that you're janking with them again, you may have to return so that the doctor can check that you didn't bang them around. If you don't go to have them checked, there's always the possibility that they could repair misaligned, and then your doctor will probably just break them again and align them. More fun for you, since you're such a smart person.
