Answers:
this is about yor spine and and L= lumbar Lower back 4+5 =the discs of your spine. and it stating that your problem with your coccyx last disc or tail of the spine is pushed inward/back and is probably due to an accident
impression= pushed in and swelling
ARTHRO=bone/spine and SIS = inflamation
the spine has disc and cartilage and then a gap between the next sequences of the next disc and so on your L4-5 have a gap of 9mm which is shorter than normal the can tell this by the measurements of your other discs
SACROCOCCYGEAL JUNCTION tailbone/ butt area is not in its proper place and shape
physical therapmight fix the problem or some neuro/ortho surgeon might need to do some surgery

How about you ask your doctor? That's why he or she sent you to get the MRI.
there is some inflammed joint at mid back (advanced stage)
with the back element larger or protruding, the spinal colon measures...
Mild deformity at the lower back.
The bones in your back are messed up man, I am sure this is causing alot of pain.
Suggest you consult with neuro & an orthopedic surgeon instead of one or the other. They are doing some great non-invasive back surgery in Florida @ The Bonati Back Inststute (I think that is the correct name) Most of the procedures are done under a local ansethesia and the pain is relieved immediately after sugery is finished! DEFINITELY worth the trip. Only one other set of docs doing these very specific kind of procedures in the US.(they are also in Florida) This is IF u have pain that needs to be relieved!
