Can the pain in my neck be related to a hit I took 2 days ago?

I'm 17 and play H.S. girls hockey. 2 days ago i took an elbow to the head and literally made a 180 in the air. I got up quickly, I was fine the whole game and continued playing, but endure a slight headache during the game. Now my neck is killing me. Do you think it might be related to that hit?
