Bruised Ribs?

Question: Has anyone ever bruised ribs before?? I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in. I bruised four or five ribs on my left side playing volleyball and I can't get comfortable. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

OUCH! I've bruised mine and yeah, it hurts. Maybe try sleeping sitting up in a recliner padded with pillows? All i know is - the less you move, the less it hurts. So sorry, hon.
