Question:
I was a Bank Manager and retired. I will be exhausted now very easily. How I can manage my health, food, time in future.

Answers:
Oh my. I really feel for your situation.

Have you spoken to your doctor about applying for disability? This is what I had to do. There was much paperwork involved, but my doctors were a big help with this.

Now I don't work at all, except for volunteering in the Christian ministry when I am able.

I also drastically changed my diet and exercise habits and this has made a tremendous difference in my energy level.

Other Answers:
Dextrocardia one thing, diabetes is another. Without knowing your specific cardiac anatomy, I cannot comment. In relation to "having sugar" you are in good company. Type II Diabetes is becoming an epidemic in the USA. Your exhaustion is quite typical. You are de-conditioned. If you can exercise 30-60 minutes each day, you will have more energy. Type II diabetes has 2 components, 1) the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin, and 2) your muscles have become insulin resistant-----it takes more and more insulin to "unlock" the muscle cells so they can get fed. Exercise produces an enzyme that unlocks the muscle cells and lets you burn the energy. Talk to your doctor about starting an exercise program safely. (Water exercise is really good for overweight diabetics that need to avoid joint or foot injury.) In the US, most cities have a Diabetic Self-Management Programs that will educate you.
