dizzy.. please help?

Hey guys, I've been feeling really dizzy the past few days. I get a bit of pain and fullness in my ears as well. I'm not sure but I think my blood pressure is a bit lower than normal as well 120/72 instead of 130/80 like it always used to be. I'm 25 years old. I also suffer from panic attacks. Could this be stress or does it sound like an infection or what? thanks

I am not a doctor or even in the medical profession. I think you have meniere's diease, vertigo but my advice to you is see a doctor

If you have pain and fullness in your ears, its most likely an ear infection. A drop in blood pressure to 120/72 vs 130/80 is completely insignificant.

If your ears are truly infected, that is why you are dizzy. Your equilibrium, and balance actually come from the fluid in your ears. See a doctor to get something for it. Doesn't sound viral to me, more bacterial.
