I broke a rib a week ago, its popping out of place fiercly. Soo much pain. How can it heal?

Sounds like you could have a pneumothorax (punctured lung). You need to get to the hospital. If you are not satisfied with where you sought out medical treatment previously, go somewhere else.get going!

You really should go back to the hospital for a second opinion. The "bubbling" doesn't sound good. It is possible to puncture a lung with a broken rib. Always follow the motto "better safe than sorry." I broke a rib once and the doctors wouldn't do anything for me except give me pain medications, which were absolutely useless. I bound myself with an ace bandage. I was desperate in pain so that is what I did and it did give me some relief. However, do not do that until you go back to the doctor and have this "bubbling" checked out.
Fractured ribs are one of the more painful fractures and take quite a while to heal. The first few weeks are the hardest.
However, I would go back to the doctor and ask for another opinion or x-ray. The popping could well be the scar tissue or tight tissue between your ribs (which can happen for a few weeks yet) but I would get it checked out by a doctor to be sure.
If all is looking o.k., I would try and get hold of some Kinesio-tex tape (www.kinesiotaping.com). This is something I use all the time with my patients. By applying this over the area, it will not feel restricted but will help to give some support. Try and apply some ice to the area too - if you can tolerate 10-15 mins, it will help to decrease the pain.
If things do not continue to settle down (and your doctor said everything was o.k otherwise), ask your doctor for a referal to a physical therapist incase you are getting some intercostal neuralgia and need some additional help.
