ear plugs
actually there is nothing that will make the noise go away, i have Mineare's disease in my right ear and it rings 24 hrs 7 days a weak, actually i learned to deal with it.
I also have it, there is no known cure for it. We are stuck with buzzing in our ears..At night I sleep with a white noise machine on so I don't go crazy listening to the ringing in my ears.
tinnitus can be caused by sensory neural hearing loss. We get tinnitus when there is nerve damage to the ears which comes from listening to loud noise for too long. You can also get it if you take a lot of aspirin. So, if you are listeing to music too loudly, turn it down. Stop aspirin and take tylenol instead. Ginko Biloba is said to decreas and eliminate tinnitus. the other suggestions are good ones as well. (the first response)
