You're too dependent on the moon. You should go out in the sun more often intead of sitting at the computer.
I Cast A Spell On You!
moon light is either good or excess sunlight effective only when you are exposed.
dont put yourself by odd belief
well my mom has that too she says cuz she was born on a full moon day maybe thats wat happened to u. U should ask or check.
Actually, many people are affected by the full moon. More women go into labor, many women start their periods and suffer from PMS, during that time, and many feel "off" around full moon. I've been told by a doctor that there are some people who tend to be more sensitive to the gravitational pull of the earth, and seasonal changes, and when there's a full moon, you actually get "mini tides" within your body. You may feel a little spacey during this time and you may also get water retention, and your vessels may swell..which can cause headaches!
Hummm, interesting question. Well it's basic knowledge that the moon has a gravitational pull on fluids and water. Our bodies are approx 90% water as well, it's common sense that the moon would also move our body fluids around.

Having a background in Chinese Medicine I find this even more interesting. In TCM headaches and migraines are caused by a lack of liver moisture (yin) and then the heat generated by the liver is left to rush to the head (our livers being something like a car radiator and coolant in this case). I would suspect that in your case, the full moon draws considerable water upward leaving more heat than usual to be generated down at the Liver. Then the moons movement of the energies moves sudden heat to your head as well - sort of a two fold thing going on. This would be termed Liver Wind Rising in TCM. Anyway, interesting.

In TCM to treat "Liver Fire Rising" you would anchor energies - hold them down in the mid and lower body. Certain herbs do this or acupuncture is great (but more inconvenient to get to in the middle of a migraine)! I am sure there are herbal "tea pill" formulas you could take for "Liver wind", but I just buy oyster and clam shells at the Chinese Herbal stores - or fish market's and keep them in my first aide herbs. You would just crush and then boil the shells for one hour, strain and drink the tea. The properties of shells have a heavy weight and anchor moister downward. ..For myself I really dislike using toxic drugs like Tylenol. They used to make calcium primarily from crushed oyster shell that would work on Liver Fire Rising, but nearly all the calcium out there now days is synthetic. There is Coral calcium, but I have not checked to see if that is actual coral. Coral is highly in-dangered as well.
I'm not sure, but I get them every time there is lightning. Could be a coincidence, as I'm sure there are no collaborating studies to verify any link between the two. Maybe, you are so used to having headaches on a full moon, you trick yourself into having one? Not saying that is an answer, just a possibility.
