Is there a type of red skin freckle that appears on the human body. If so should I get it looked at.?

I have alot of them. I began to get them.humm.maybe when I was 23. I asked my doctor about them and he said they were normal and nothing to worry about. It sounds like the same thing. Mine are like blood red and as you said about the size of a freckle or mole. I remember my mother saying she had them to. I believe they are quite common. However the doctor did not tell me if there was a name for them.

There are! I am not sure the correct name for it. Nothing dangerous that you need looked at unless they start popping up. I would say if you noticed 3-5 around the same area all of a sudden to then get them looked at. Other then that they are just "freckles" (blood vessels)
