Rub antiperspirant stick in your crack
try using baby powder. There is a new product out there sold on the feminine hygene aisle specifically made to prevent chafing. You might want to pick it up.
simple use baby powder.
You could try putting some petroleum jelly before working out or an even better alternative would be a baby's diaper rash cream o. Just clean and dry the area well before applying the cream.
Baby Powder
prevention is always the best cure. The chaffing is caused from sweat and friction so you need to keep the area as dry as possible. Baby powder works, but needs to be reapplied more frequently than antiperspirant. When you are raw try flanders butt paste (no joke) It can be found in the diaper rash area. Years ago it was only available as a prescription, but it is now available over the counter
Use portland cement. this should work fine once it sets up. By the time you get home you will have your own butt crack impression to set out on the coffee table as a conversation piece.

I have to order mine from the chain pharmacy, but the pharmacy in the medical building carries it on the shelf.
Get some diaper rash cream at the drugstore and apply it liberally to your crack before you go out and re-apply it every hour or so.
