My eye hurts!?

Question: Ok. So the other day my eye started to hurt. I'm not sure of why or what caused it but it just hurt pretty damn bad...so i took out my contacts assuming that would fix my problem. But it didn't. My eye continues to hurt and tear. I know it sounds like pink eye-it very well could be-but there looks to be a little white spot or something on the edge of my iris. I don't know what it is, or what it COULD be. I would call the eye doctor, but its Saturday now. So if anyone has any ideas of what it could be~LET ME KNOW.

But i am still going to the eye doctor on Monday.

well, do you over wear your contacts? if you overwear them it can give you a corneal ulcer or abrasion and it will still hurt even after you take your contacts out. You should definitely get checked by an ophthalomologist asap. that is something that wont go away on its own and if left untreated can be very bad.
