scabies and swimming?

Question: I know someone who had scabies recentely, and Im sure they got cream from the doc for it, but I was wondering if you can catch them when you go swimming?

Answers:
No there's enough chlorine in pools and Hydrocloric Acid that it would kill any and all bacteria.

I've never thought of that before. Although I don't swim in public swimming pools that often.
