In which case this could also be a symptom of a hypoglaecemic attack - you now need to check out your blood sugar level and if it is on the low side (anything below 4) then you'll need to eat or drink something sweet to raise your blood sugar level again

yes I actually took to the ground one day after my boss decided I should try to do the amount of work usually handled by 3-4 people
