Is the Full Moon a bad time to get an Apicectomy?

Question:
Calm down, fundies. People have been observing the correspondence between moon phases and success of farming, medicinal procedures for centuries, and I was...just wondering. I've heard of a book called MoonWise or MoonSense or ? that goes into all that in detail, but haven't been able to find it.

I've also heard some dentists say that NO TIME is the right time for an Apicectomy. If you have some thoughts on that, too, please chime in, even if you don't have anything to say about the moon.
