Question:
I have had a cortisone injection about 2 months ago but it has come back.

Answers:
Hi cortisone injections dont always work and when they do they dont last for long.Usually the best treatment is to rest thye arm as long as possible,no sports etc, take regular pain killers or anti-inflammatrie tablets if you have them.Go bck and see you gp again and explain about problems you are having again,he may refer you to the hospital for further treatment, physio or the pain clinic.Good Luck
