She is immature, be patient, give it time. Her rudeness is her way of keeping you distant. Don't push the issue and find other things to talk about that do not upset her. Eventually she will learn to trust you and you can spend time to explore the reason she came to you to begin with.

are you HER therapist?
if you are, stop seeing her as your patient.
and if not, and you are just her friend then you might just want to mind your own business

My daughter was hateful to the point of abuse toward one counsellor. She (the therapist) made eye contact without looking away and didn't say a word. My daughter made smart comments, then it was nervous laughter and quiet off and on. This went on for 4 or 5 minutes, the therapist looking at her face without words. Finally my daughter settled down and asked if she had been rude. The counsellor said You know you have been. The atmosphere was calm and serious and they were able to talk better that session than any other.
