Answer if you had problems with anxiety in the past and now you don't or not as much?

A couple of years ago, my anxiety level was intolerable. I wouldn't leave the house, had panic attacks, was convinced I was dying... Nobody could reason with me, the only thing that worked was medication. After awhile (several months), I weaned myself off of them and although I still find myself anxious here and there, I am noticeably better. When it gets kind of bad I try to remind myself that I have an anxiety issue and tell myself how I am perceiving things is not necessarily accurate.
it use to be bad but it just stopped, i use to call my mom at any hour in a panic i'm 48 i felt like such a @ss ..anyway call someone when it happens let them know ahead of time you have a problem , my mom was the best she reads alot of help books and talks to her shrink 3 times a week for 30 years so i did not have to pay i called her.. worked for me
