You can buy a product called "Swimmer's Ear" at most pharmacies. It is drops you put in your ear to get the water out. Or you can put a couple drops of rubbing alcohol in your ear--that works too.

My friends little brother had the same problem. Put some cotton balls in your ears. It will help clear it out. If the cotton balls are to big for your ears, take the amount that will help.

Its very simple. Take some swab and roll it into a stick and stick it up in your ear. Now bend sidewards in the side your ears. The water will be absorbed by the cotton swab. Now pull out the wet swab roll.
