Any ideas on how to keep oneself awake in the office?

Take some slow deep breaths, give yourself a neck massage.
Offices usually have computers.(need I say more on that)
Sunflower seeds. It keeps you busy I guess. I use this trick in the car.
Coffee, Tea, eat a mid-morning and a mid-afternoon snack, get up and walk for a few minutes every few hours, etc.

Well, to keep myself awake during my teacher's lecture, and when I'm suppose to be taking notes, i pinch myself. I used to do it on the backside of my hand. But now i do it on the underside of my arm. And if I'm REALLy tired i do it right underneath i think it's the triceps or bicep, not sure. But it really hurts and it keeps me awake.
wash ur face with water and drink water or any other refreshing drink.
1) take one cup of espresso
2) eat something hot (soups, oatmeal, etc.)
3) listen to live music
4) bite your tongue
If you have the option, get up and walk around.
Lol. I am not much help, that was all I could think of.
Maybe try coffee.
just fantasise makin love to your boss or any colleague u fancy most, by tht u'l neva get bored.
spending time here, :P (that's what im doing everyday) have a drink, tea coffee. or go out have a walk (tiolet, walking out corridor.)
take office job as your own job do it with resposibility and decrease your night love hours

play win lose or draw. very stimulating. definitely wakes you up
