Drinking too much water?

Question:
My husband thinks that I have a problem drinking too much water. I drink water or other liquids pretty much all day long. I don't have diabetes (it runs in my family so I get check regularly). I eat a balanced diet and exercise. I just feel like I'm thirsty all the time. If I am walking around for more than half an hour, I just feel like I'm dying of thirst and I feel really lightheaded and start to get a headache, after about half an hour without a drink.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could something be wrong with me? I've experienced this pretty much all my life.

Answers:
maybe you lack electrolytes. Drink smart water or gatorade. See if that helps.
Well, drinking a lot of fluids has never been bad, or at least not that I've ever heard of, but the lightheadedness isn't good, I'd suggest asking a doctor about it
